Relationship Issues Therapy

Maybe you keep having the same fight. Or you're not fighting at all — just drifting apart. Maybe you notice the same patterns across different relationships and want to understand why. These are all things we can work with.

Do any of these sound familiar?

I keep having the same argument
I struggle to express myself or feel misunderstood
I find it hard to trust
I feel emotionally distant
Setting boundaries feels impossible
I keep falling into the same relationship patterns
I feel lonely and isolated
I'm going through a breakup or divorce

How I work

For relationship issues, I draw on both CBT and Existential Therapy. We look at attachment patterns together, strengthen communication, and create space for you to understand yourself better.
