Hi, I'm Sinem Sarıca.
I'm a clinical psychologist and the thing I care about most in therapy is creating a space where you can be honest — without fear of judgment. I work primarily with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential Therapy, but I shape every session around the person in front of me.
I live in Germany and work online with internationals here and clients around the world. Since 2019, I've been providing individual therapy with adolescents and adults at Rena Psychology. Expat psychology is both a professional and personal area for me.

Areas of Expertise
My Therapy Approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Our thoughts shape how we feel and what we do. With CBT, we notice those patterns together, question them, and build more workable alternatives.
Existential Therapy
Meaning, freedom, responsibility, loneliness — these are unavoidable parts of being human. Existential Therapy creates space to face these questions and find your own answers.
