Online Depression Therapy

Depression isn't just feeling sad. Sometimes nothing matters, nothing brings joy, and getting out of bed takes everything you have. Living abroad can make all of this heavier. We can look at it together.

Do any of these sound familiar?

I feel persistently sad or empty
Things I used to enjoy don't feel meaningful anymore
I have no energy — everything feels like an effort
My sleep is off — too much or too little
My appetite has changed
I can't concentrate
I feel worthless or guilty
I want to withdraw from people

How I work

With CBT, we identify and shift the thought patterns underneath the depression. With Existential Therapy, we reconnect with meaning and what matters to you. Every session is shaped around you — I'm not following a script, I'm listening to you.

How does a session unfold?

01

We start by meeting

We look at where you are, what you've been through, and what you're hoping for.

02

We work together

We notice patterns, build emotional skills, and bring them into everyday life.

03

We build for the future

We strengthen what you've gained so you can keep going, even after therapy ends.

Questions you might have

Does online depression therapy actually work?

Yes. Research shows that online CBT is as effective as in-person therapy — especially for mild to moderate depression.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on you. CBT typically runs 12–20 sessions, but we figure that out together.

Do I need medication?

That's a decision for a psychiatrist to evaluate. Therapy can be used alongside medication or on its own.

Can I have sessions from abroad?

Yes. From Germany, anywhere in Europe, or from Turkey.

You don't have to carry this alone.
